Boy Scout Aviation Merit Badge

In 2017, the CAF partnered with the Civil Air Patrol, EAA Chapter 289, and Avera Care Flight

to offer an opportunity for area Boy Scouts to earn the Aviation Merit Badge. The course consisted of three nights of instruction and hands-on learning. A total of two courses were held with 45 Boy Scouts earning their Aviation Merit Badge.
